I made simple fare for a Saturday night: ribeyes with chimichurri marinade and ancho mustard sauce a la Bobby Flay. I also made a homemade Dijon vinaigrette to dress a salad my wife made. Not pictured: plaintain chips, chimichurri used for dip with the plantain chips, and a bottle of red. I cooked the steaks sous vide and finished them on a charcoal grill. Yum!
